Shanghai First Arts & Crafts Co. Ltd has been manufacturing high quality plush toys and handicrafts for over 30 years. Our factory is located in Baoshan District, Shanghai, China, with factory zone about 14,000 square meters. We offer a wide variety of plush products including stuffed animals, dolls, travel pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, plush backpacks and pet toys. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries throughout the world. Our main markets are Europe and USA. We are proud to work with our worldwide customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Airports, Theme Parks, Gift Shops and etc. Currently, we have sales offices located in our Shanghai factory and California, USA.

Latest Technology
We are constantly investing in the latest production technology to increase accuracy and efficiency. Our latest technologies include computerized laser cutting machines, vinyl cutters, large-format digital printer and heat presses. We also have in-house embroidery department for custom embroidery patterns.

Our design department is composed of those extremely talented and creative designers in the toy industry. Our chief designers have over 20 years toy design experience. With their experience and creativity, we can make your idea come alive. We have also developed thousands of lovely and novel toy styles to choose from and offer a complete line of material options under our Happy First brand.

We have built our reputation by offering consistent premium product quality. Our founder Mrs. Shen devotes herself into every new product development and production. She spends countless hours at the factory to perfect our toys to customer’s specification.
Certificates
The toys we make meet and comply with all safety standards and regulations. All products can be certified with European toy security standard EN 71 and US toy security standard ASTM F963 upon request. We are also proud to have obtained “Quality Management System Certificate ISO9001: 2008”.
History
Shanghai First Arts & Crafts was formerly named “Jiangsu First Import & Export Co. Ltd.”, established in 1986.
Our founder Mrs. Shen started her first job in a toy factory 1980. Through her hard work, and her great passion in making toys, she started a small workshop in the 1980s. The quality toys she made were well recognized by customers and business expanded quickly. In 1986, our first factory “Jiangsu First” was established in Jiangsu province. In 1992 we moved our facility in Shanghai city to better serve the growing needs of our customers. In 2000 we expanded to our new state of the art and specially built 14,000 square meters toy facilities. Today Shanghai First Arts & Crafts is a professional toy supplier with high production capacity. We are proud of our diligent staff, and thankful of our loyal customers. Looking forward, we will continue to innovate in production technique and material, continue to provide consistent quality products and continue our founder’s philosophy of Quality First.
